改良张力带治疗成人撕脱骨折

Improvement to tension zone on treatment of adults' avulsion fracture

总结应用改良张力带治疗成人撕脱骨折29例经验。本组男19例,女10例。年龄最小21岁,最大47岁。其中,肱骨大结节撕脱骨折1例,粉碎性骨折6例(髌骨4例,尺骨鹰嘴2例)。经随访3月～3年,其中2年以上者占71％,总优良率达93.1％。结果认为,改良张力带固定符合撕脱骨折的生物力学原理,只要认真分析骨折受伤机制,合理应用,确实能收到良好的骨折复位愈合,早期功能锻炼,减少关节粘连、僵硬、缩短愈合时间效果。

This article is reported about the experience of curing 29 cases of avulsion fracture. This group includes 19 male cases. 10 female cases. Among the patients, the youngest is 21. and the eldest 47, of the 29 cases , 2 cases are tuberculum, medialis avulsion fracture of humers. 18 cases are patella fracture, 21 cases are condylus fracture, 6 cases are olecranon fracture of unla, 1 case is trochanter major fracture of fe-mar and 6 cases are commimited fracture ( 4 cases patella fracture and 2 cases ulna olecranon fracture). Under observation from 3 months to 3 years after treatment to these patients. the cured rate reaches to 93. 10%. We believe that serious analysis of the cause of fracture, rational applicalion and improvement to tension zone on treatment of avulsion fracture according to biological theory will definitly heal the patients of fracture. Early exercise can reduce joint adhesion, stiffners and shorten the time requested for healing.
