摘要
文章从实践出发,阐述铁路咨询机构信息化建设的原则和重点任务,在准确把握咨询业的业务特点和工作要求的基础上,分析咨询工作的组织方式和业务流程,提出按照总体规划、分步实施的方法,分轻重缓急,注重系统功能,逐步建立完善的信息化系统,结合信息化建设过程中遇到的问题提出进一步研究的方向。
The article illustrated the general principle and key tasks of informationalization of modern railway consulting enterprises and analyzed the organization method and business process of consulting service by grasping the characteristics and requirement of consulting, proposed the way of planning in whole, implemented by steps, differed order of priority and emphasized systematic function. The article also brought up the orientation for further studying during the course of informationalization.
