联锁是电务安全的灵魂。根据多年联锁工作的经验,结合现有联锁管理制度的落实,从提高联锁认识、细化联锁管理措施、规范联锁管理制度各个方面提出个人观点,加以论述。

Interlocking is the soul of SC safety. Based on many years experience in interlocking and combined with the fulfillment of existing interlocking management system,the authors put forward some viewpoints ranging from improving cognition,refining management measures,and standardizing interlocking management system.
