摘要 碳水化合物是反刍动物瘤胃微生物和机体重要能量来源,一般占反刍动物日粮的70%以上,研究碳水化合物对反刍动物的营养调控具有重要意义。近年来国内外研究主要集中在碳水化合物饲料原料饲喂反刍动物效果、青贮饲料发酵过程调控、全混合日粮(total mixed ration,TMR)品质研究、调控碳水化合物饲料减少甲烷气体排放、碳水化合物饲料的开发及利用等方面。作者综述了结构性和非结构性碳水化合物营养、碳水化合物需要量、反刍动物碳水化合物饲料原料应用等方面的研究进展。 As the important energy source of microorganisms and body of ruminal animals,there is above 70% carbohydrate in diets.It is necessary to study nutrition regulation of carbohydrate for ruminal animal.In recent years,the research of carbohydrate focus on effect of ruminal animal feed on carbohydrate;regulation of silage feed;quality of total mix ration feed;reduced methane gas emission through feed contained carbohydrate;the development and utilization on carbohydrate feed.This article reviewed the research of nutrition of nostructure carbohydrate and structure carbohydrate,the requirement of carbohydrate and the application of carbohydrate feed.
