摘要
95例常年性变应性鼻炎重者分局部激素治疗组、特异性免疫疗法治疗组和局邢激素合并特异性免疫疗法组，结果显示，局部激素与特异性克及疗法疗效有良好的协同作用，2种方法的联合使用，避免了长期使用激素引起的副作风，克服了特异性克皮疗法起效慢的缺点。结论：局部激素合并特异性免疫疗法是起效快、疗效好、效果持久的理想的治疗常年性变应性鼻炎的方法。
95 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis were divided into three groups. Group A was treated withlocal glucocorticoid, group B was treated by specific immunotherapy and group C was treated by specificimmunotherapy together with local glucocorticoid. The results showed that the effective rate in group C washigher than that in the others (P<0.05). ln conclusion specific immunotherapy together with local glucocorticoidwas an effective treatment for perennial allergic rhinitis.
