摘要
利用自行设计的"教师实施自主学习的教学现状调查问卷",从教师对转变学生学习方式的态度及看法、教师评估自身的教学行为、教师在课堂上实践自主学习的教学状况和教师探索自主学习相关理论的状况等方面对陕西省农村高中教师实施自主学习教学的现状进行了调查。研究表明:自主学习教学模式已经被大多数教师接受,具有实施的可能性,但同时还存在着自主学习实施的教学质量不高、教师缺乏研究意识和行动研究能力等问题。针对存在的问题,从三个方面提出了帮助教师提高自主学习教学能力的建议。
A survey is done in the rural senior high schools in Shaanxi province with a questionnaire of the attitudes of the teachers over the ways learners use, assessment of teaching behavior, autonomous learning teachers use in class, and their theoretical researches. Result shows that the operational module of autonomous learning is extensively acceptable, but the teaching quality is not sound enough, and teachers are short of research awareness and action plan. Therefore, three suggestions are proposed in the paper.
