鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疗效观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过本实验观察鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疗效。方法选择慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者80例,随机分为两组,治疗组40例,行鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术,对照组40例行微波凝同术,观察其疗效。结果治疗组有效率为95.0%,对照组有效率为92.5%,两组有效率之间差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),并发症发生率,治疗组为5%,对照组为20%,两组并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:鼻内镜下低温等离子射频消融术与微波凝同术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎疗效相似,效果均较确切,但低温等离子射频消融术并发症较少.因此值得临床推广和使用. Objective To observe the efficacy of plsma radiofrequency ablation on choronic hypertrophy rhinitis under endoscopic therapy. Methods 80 patients with choronic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups. 40 cases of therapeutic group were treated with plsma radiofrequency ablation. The other 40 cases of control group were treated with microwave coagulation.Results Efficacy of therapeutic group was 95%. Efficacy of control group was 92.5%. There was no significant difference with efficacy between two groups ( -P〉 0.05 ); but the complication morbidity had significant difference between two groups (P〈 0.01, therapeutic group:5%, control group:20%). Conclusions Plsma radiofrequency ablation has similar efficacy compared with microwave coagulation therapy. It has less complication than microwave coagulation and could be as a generalized clinical therapy for the patients suffering from choronic rhinitis.
