曲马多超前镇痛在无痛人流中的临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Tramadol in Pre-emptive analgesia on painless artificial abortion

目的观察曲马多超前镇痛在无痛人流中的效果。方法将100名患者随机分为两组，A组（n=50）为丙泊酚组，予丙泊酚2mg／kg静注诱导，无麻醉前川药，B组（n=50）为曲马多＋丙泊酚组，予曲马多2．5mg／kg静注，随后缓慢静注丙泊酚2mg／kg。结果B组丙泊酚总量以及给氧量较A组明显减少（P〈0．05），但血压波动不明显，B组患者术中肢动，特别是Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级肢动以及术后VAS疼痛评分明显低于A组（P〈0．05）。结论曲马多超前镇痛应用在无痛人流术中可以减少丙泊酚的用量，减轻并发症，提高无痛人流的效果。

Objective To study the effects of J Tramadol in Pre-emptive analgesia on painless artificial abortion. Methods 100 patients scheduled for painless artificial abortion were divided into 2 groups randomly：group A for single propofol intravenous anaesthetizing, and group B for tramadol compound propofol intravenous anaesthetizing. Results Compared with group A, Total quantity of propofol and for oxygen quantity in group B decreased significantly（ P〈0.05 ）.The extremity moves specially Ⅲ level and Ⅳ level and ache grading of VAS decreased significantly in group B （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tramadol in Pre-emptive analgesia on painless artificial abortion can reduce amount of propofol and the complication, enhances the effects of painless artificial abortion .
