改进青光眼患者遵医行为方法的护理研究

Nursing care study on method of improving glaucoma sufferer by following doctor＇s instruction

目的使青光眼患者正确认识疾病的知识，遵从治疗方案，实现治疗最佳目标。方法将120例青光跟患者随机分为实验组和对照组，各60例，对照组按以往青光眼常规护理进行健康教育，实验组在常规护理的基础上对患者的遵医行为进行干预，比较分析两组的疗效。结果青光眼患者按医嘱用药复查率实验组比对照组多40％，症状与视功能提高或保持的人数实验组比对照组多了36％，实验组患者的社会活动、心理活动等都有明显提高。结论改进青光眼患者的遵医行为，有效保持或提高青光眼患者现有的视力，提高其生活质量。

Objective It aims to help the glaucoma sufferer understand this disease, follow doctor＇s instruction, and get the best result of the medical treatment. Methods We randomly to choose from glaucoma sufferers, and divide into two groups. One is test group, the other is contrast group. Each group is 60 persons. The contrast group is treated as usual caring method and instruction, While in the test group, the sufferers medicine treatment is interfered based on the usual treatment. Results Following the doctor＇s instruction, the reexamine ratio of the test group is 40% more than the contrast group, and in the aspect of visual function improvement or stability, the test group is 36% better than the contrast group. Both the sociM activity and psychological activity of the test group are improved. Conclusions By improving the behavior of the glaucoma sufferer to follow doctor＇s instruction, it will help them to improve or keep the visible function, also improve their living quality.
