摘要 雌马酚是大豆异黄酮重要的代谢产物,人群中约有30%~50%的人能将大豆异黄酮转化成雌马酚进而排泄,但影响其转化的因素目前尚不完全清楚,其中肠道菌群可能是最重要的因素。雌马酚较其原型大豆异黄酮具有更为有效的生物学作用。研究并开发雌马酚的生物活性、代谢转化的规律及其生理功能,对于预防和控制心血管病、骨质疏松症、血脂异常、肥胖、更年期综合症以及乳腺癌、前列腺癌等许多慢性疾病具有十分重要的意义。本文就雌马酚在人体内的代谢过程、生物活性以及对于多种慢性病的预防作用做一综述。 Equol is an important metabolin. 30% --50% of the population can transform soybean isoflavones into Equol. It depends on the bacterium of colon. Equol has higher biology function than soybean isoflavones, so it is paid more attention. To study the biology activity, metabolize transformation and physiology function has very important significance on chronic disease control and prevention.
