LCP钢板内固定治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折效果观察

Treatment of the ＂C＂ fracture of humerus condlye with locked compressive steel plate

目的探讨应用LCP（Locking—compressiuon plate）治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折的可行性及临床价值。方法我院2007年2月-2009年10月对C型骨折患者12例，采用肘后正中切口，经尺骨鹰嘴关节外截骨入路，切开复位、LCP钢板内固定治疗，部分病例予以植骨，观察其疗效。结果随访3。15个月，平均8．7月，评定结果按Cassebaum评分，优6例，好4例，可1例，差1例，总优良率83．3％。结论经尺骨鹰嘴关节外截骨入路LCP钢板内固定治疗C型肱骨髁间骨折，具有操作简单、损伤较小、固定牢固、肘关节功能恢复佳的特点，是一种良好的治疗方法。

Objective To evaluate the clinical value and feasibility of locked compressive steel plate in treating ＂C＂ fracture of humerus condyle. Methods From feb 2007 to Oct 2009, 12 cases suffering from ＂C＂ fracture of humerus condyle treated by interal fixation with LCP were chosen. The cases received median incision along outer margin of elbow by oleeranon joint extra-approach of osteotomy and were fixed with locked compressive steel plate. Some fractures were repaired with bone grafts. Results All of the cases were followed up for 8.7 months （3N 15 months on average）. The rate of good was 83.3% according the grade of ＂cassebaum＂. Conclusions Treated with olecranon process of joint osteotomy along ertra-approach and open reduction with interal LCP fixation, the ＂C＂fracture of humerus condlye can achieve firming fixation and improved elbow joint functional recovery with advantages of simplifed operative maneurevr and reduced tissue damage.
