Historical Evolution and Future Prospect of China's Energy Saving Policy

首先分析了影响中国能源消费的关键因素,从历史演变的角度,分两个阶段研究了中国节能政策的发展变化过程;其次,在进一步阐述国外能源政策新趋势对中国借鉴的基础上,提出了中国未来节能政策的发展方向。

This paper first analyzes key factors affecting China＇s energy consumption and two stages＇development of China＇s energy saving policy from the perspective of the historical evolution. Second, it suggests the developing direction of China＇s future energy saving policy based on new trend of energy saving policy in foreign countries.
