摘要
从组织支持感知角度对事业单位员工进行实证分析发现,事业单位员工的薪酬满意度、对LMX的理解、对于单位职业发展机会的理解、认为单位的工作家庭支持均与POS水平正相关,POS水平与组织承诺正相关,关系对于较高专业承诺的员工与较低专业承诺的员工相比更加牢固。
From the view of perceived organizational support and based on the empirical research on the staff of public institutions, this paper finds out that payment satisfaction, understanding of LMK, career development opportunities, and organizational support on work and family are positively related to POS, and POS is positively related to organizational commitment. The relationship in higher professional commitment staff is more secure than the lower one.
