区域经济社会与生态环境系统稳定性分析模型与应用研究

Research on Stability Analysis Model and Application of Regional Social Economy and Eco-environment System in China

基于经济社会与生态环境系统运动特征及控制机理分析，构建系统稳定性评价模型，并运用控制理论给出系统稳定性条件；根据1999～2005年间中国经济社会发展与生态环境建设相关数据，对经济社会与生态环境系统稳定性进行了实例研究与分析。研究结果表明：1999—2005年中国经济社会与生态环境建设同步发展，表现出渐近稳定系统的发展态势；但经济社会发展对资源环境的依赖性加大了系统协同发展的难度，影响中国社会经济与生态环境可持续发展。

The system stability analysis model of social economy and eco - environment is established based on the analysis of system movement and controlling mechanism in China, and the conditions for system stability are figured out. According to the data which include the development of social economy and eco - environment from 1999 to 2005, the case study shows that the simultaneous development of social economy and eco - environment construction presents gradually stable trend. However, due to the dependence upon resource environment, the difficulty in coordinate development is increased and sustainable development of social economy and eco -environment is affected.
