摘要 市场导向文化是企业获得持续竞争优势的基础,企业动态能力是将资源转化为竞争优势的重要中介。文章探讨了市场导向文化、动态能力以及组织绩效的内涵及其测量问题,分析了三者之间的关系。提出了以动态能力为中介,以市场导向文化为外源变量的企业绩效整合模型,同时将环境不确定性作为调节变量引入该模型进行分析,并对今后的研究进行了展望。 Market - oriented culture is the base for enterprise to achieve sustainable competitive advantage, and dynamic capability is an important media of transfering resources into campetitive advantage. This research made a thorough description of the connotation of market- oriented culture, dynamic capability and organizational performance, and the measurement of each concept was also discussed in this paper. Through research we proposed an integtated model of organizational performance, which included an exogenous variable (market -oriented culture), and a mediating variable (dynamic capability), and a moderating variable (environment uncertainty) was taken in and analyzed in this model, and finally we gave some advice on the future.
