摘要
用以铝灰为原料所制得的4种Sialon复合粉分别替换铁沟料原配方中的部分细粉,研究Sialon复合粉对铁沟浇注料性能的影响。结果表明,将合成的Sialon复合粉体用于A12O3-SiC-C质铁沟浇注料,可以显著提高其110℃×24 h和1 450℃×3 h处理后的常温物理性能,使其1 450℃×0.5 h氧化后的常温抗折强度升高,但会使试样的高温抗折强度有所降低。
Four kinds of sialon composite powders obtained from aluminum dross were added into Al2O3-SiC-C-based castable as starting materials. The effect of the addition of different kinds of sialon composite powders on the properties of Al2O3-SiC-C-based castable is analyzed. The results show that: the CCS and CMOR, treated at 110℃ for 24 h and fired at 1 450℃ for 3 h, are improved by the addition of the sialon composite into castable for iron trough; the CMOR of the samples after being oxidized at 1 450℃ ×0.5 h is also improved, while the HMOR of the samples has decreased.
