摘要
本研究比较了自制胶膜与日本进口胶膜检测蛲虫卵的效果。在一组完全随机观察的２３４名受试者中，自制胶膜的蛲虫卵检出率为１３．６７％，明显高于日本胶膜检出率（５．９８％），阳性者虫卵计数也显示自制胶膜粘取虫卵较多。研究结果表明自制胶膜无论在检出效果，还是在价格及实用性方面均优于日本产胶膜，因此。
In the study, effects of detecting enterobiasis with Chinese and Japanese gum membranes have been compared In a sample of 234 subjects,the positive rate of Enterobius vermicularis eggs detected by Chinese gum membrane method was 13 67% which was significantly higher than that of Japanese one(5 98%) The egg count of the positives also showed more eggs on the Chinese gum membrane It may account well for the difference in detecting sensitivity between both gum membranes that the area of Chinese gum membrane is larger than that of the Japanese one The results showed that the Chinese gum membrane, not only in detecting effect but in price and practicality, is superior to the Japanese one so it may be suitable for diagnosis and epidemiological investigation of enterobiasis in China
