摘要 考察中国农村义务教育经费投入体制的变迁,可梳理成三个不同的发展阶段。依据农村义务教育产品的公共性偏向,细分为五个不同时期加以审视,发现它经历了一条由"私人性长期发展—私人性松动—低层次公共性实现"的第一次自然回归和"低层次公共性发展—公共性松动—公共性再次确立"的第二次理性回归组成的漫长回归路。 This article investigates the historical development of the investment of China' s rural compulsory education system, which is divided into three stages. Based on the attributes of public goods, the development of rural compulsory education is subdivided into five different periods, and careful examination finds that the investment system has undergone a long rational return by two steps: the first is a natural return following the route of "long-term development of private goods attribute to relaxation of private goods attribute to low-level realization of public goods attribute", while the second sees a rational return from "low-level development of public goods attribute to relaxation of public goods attribute to reestablishment of public goods attribute".
