摘要
高校工会作为独立的社会团体,其基本职能是维护职工的合法权益。尤其是在当前高校劳动关系调整的背景下,高校工会的工作重点更是代表和维护职工的利益。而参与大学的建章立制、推动校务公开与民主管理则是工会维护职能的重要保证。但目前高校工会组织很不独立,依附性强,不仅限制了自身发展,无法发挥维护等各项功能,也限制了其对于校园建设和职工队伍建设的推动作用,这是高校工会组织必须面对的现实与困难。
The basic function of university labor union as an independent social association is to protect the legal rights and interests of teachers. With the background of regulating university labor rela lions, rcpresenting and safeguarding teachers' interests should be the focus of university labor union's work. To fulfill this function, university labor union needs to actively participate in the formulation of university rules and push forward open and democratic management of university affairs. However, university labor union in China is not so independent as to stand on its own, which holds back its development and prevents it from the performing its function and promoting campus and staff construction. This is the fact and difficulty that university labor union must face.
