摘要
渗透汽化是一种新型的汽油脱硫技术,其研究已引起世界范围的关注。与传统汽油脱硫技术相比,该技术具有不损失辛烷值、能耗低、环境友好、操作简单、易于工业放大等特点。在简要介绍渗透汽化概念的基础上,综述了渗透汽化膜材料在汽油脱硫研究中的进展,涉及的膜材料包括硅橡胶、聚乙二醇、聚酰亚胺、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚脲/氨酯和有机-无机杂化膜,并指出其各种膜材料的优缺点及渗透汽化汽油脱硫技术的发展前景。
Pervaporation is a newly emerged technology for gasoline desulfurization,which has attracted worldwide attentions. Compared with conventional sulfur removal technology for gasoline,pervaporation exhibits advantages of little reduction of octane number,low energy consumption,environmental benefits,simple operation,and easily scaled up. Based on the introduction of pervaporation technology,the advances of pervaporation membranes for gasoline desulfurization were reviewed. The membrane materials included polysiloxane,poly(ethylene glycol),polyimide,poly(vinyl pyrrolidone),polyurea/urethane and organic-inorganic hybrid membranes. The merits and demerits of these materials were pointed out. The developing potential of sulfur removal technology from gasoline by pervaporation was also presented.
