银杏叶化学成分的裂解甲基化气相色谱分析 被引量:8

摘要 应用纵型微型炉裂解器直接裂解甲基衍生化-气相色谱法同时测定银杏叶中数种化学成分.样品粉末与衍生化试剂TMAH(25%甲醇)同时注入裂解器进样口,在300℃的进样口瞬间生成了包括5种酚酸类化合物、6种脂肪酸和9种烷基酚在内的甲基衍生物.各种成分的RSD为0.5%~5.9%(n=3).该方法无需任何样品前处理,样品用量少,为银杏叶中多种化学成分同时测定提供一种快速、简便和准确的方法. Pyrolytic methylation-gas chromatography using a vertical microfurnace pyrolyzer was applied to analysis of multi-chemical constitutes for G. biloba leaves simultaneously and directly. Pyrolytic methylation of G. biloba leaves in the injector at 300 ~C in the presence of tetramethylammonium hydroxide (TMAH), allowed quantitative analysis of 5 kinds of phenols and carboxylic acid, 6 kinds of fatty acid and 9 kinds of alkylphenol as their corresponding methyl derivatives, with the relative standard deviations (RSDs) less than 5.9% (n=3). The developed method allows the analysis small samples without laborious pre-treatment and would be a simple, accurate and highly sensitive way to detect multi-constitutions in Ginkgo biloba leaves.
