摘要
研究畲药山里黄根的化学成分,从中寻找有重要生物活性及药用前景的天然化合物.采用硅胶和反相硅胶柱色谱分离化合物,运用波谱技术分析确定化学结构.从畲药山里黄根的乙醇提取物中分离得到4个苷类化合物,经波谱分析确定分别为10-O-反式咖啡酰基-6α-羟基京尼平苷(1),淫羊藿苷E5(2),6α-羟基京尼平苷(3),京尼平苷(4).化合物1,2均是首次从该植物中分离得到.
To search for bioactive natural products, we study the chemical constituents from the rhizome of Gardenia jasminoides. The compounds 1-4 were isolated by combining reverse-phase and normal silica gel column chromatography, and their structures were identified by spectral methods. Four known compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of the rhizome of Gardenia jasminoides. Their structures were identified by means of spectroscopic analysis as: 10-O- trans-caffeoyl-6α-hydroxygeniposide ( 1 ), icariside E6 ( 2 ), 6α-hydroxygeniposide ( 3 ), geniposide (4). Compounds 1 and 2 are isolated from the rhizome of Gardenia jasminoides for the first time.
