复合蛋白锌和硫酸锌的生物利用率比较 被引量:8

摘要 用缺锌饲料饲养大鼠5周,制备缺锌动物模型,再补充复合蛋白锌(CPZ)和硫酸锌4周。CPZ三个剂量组大鼠血浆锌的升高均较对应剂量的硫酸锌组迅速。用给药4周后的血浆、肝脏和肾脏锌含量变化的量-效曲线斜率比值计算两者的相对生物利用率,分别,是1.66、1.94和1.52。结果提示实验大鼠对CPZ的生物利用率约为硫酸锌的1.5~1.9倍,CPZ能更有效地提高缺锌大鼠的锌储备。 The zinc deficient (ZD) models were produced in rats which were fed ZD diet (1. 56 mg Zn/kg)for 5 weeks.Then ZD rats were given compound protein zinc (CPZ) and zinc sulfate for 4 weeks at three doses respectively.CPZ made more rapid improvement of zinc levels in plasma of ZD rats than zinc sulfate.The slopes of dose-effect curves were calculated according to zinc contents in the plasma,liver and kidney of the rats supplied zinc for 4 weeks, and the relative bioavailability was represented with the ratio of the slopes, namely, 1. 66, 1. 94 and 1.52 respectively. The result indicated that the bioavailability of CPZ in the rats would be 1.5 to 1. 9 times higher than that of zinc sulfate,and CPZ could increase the zinc reserve of the rats more effectively.
