中小企业合作创新的风险与控制研究

Research on the Cooperative Innovation's Risk and Control Measures of SME

运用企业创新、风险控制、非对称信息分析以及公平分配等理论,对中小企业采取合作创新的风险进行分析,指出中小企业合作创新中存在信任与忠诚度风险、技术和资金风险、知识产权制度风险、基础管理风险、创新成果溢出风险以及政治、经济金融、自然等风险,并提出相应的风险控制措施,为中小企业合作创新工作提供决策依据。

This risk analysis of SME＇s cooperative innovation is generated by the theory of enterprise innovation ,enterprise innovation risk theory,asymmetric information and the equitable distribution. The risks include trust and loyalty risk,technical and financial risk,intellectual property risk ,based management risk,innovation spill risk,political and other risks. The risk control measures are put forward to make decision for the SME＇s cooperative innovation.
