摘要
蜂毒经DEAE-Senhadex-A50柱层析,获得蜂毒Ⅰ峰液,经体外抗血栓试验、大白鼠体内微循环实验、血栓高危人群血液流变学试验,表明蜂毒Ⅰ峰液具有明显的抗血栓形成作用。可能是由于蜂毒的有效成分蜂毒肽等改变了红细胞膜的流动性,降低了全血粘度和血浆粕度及血球的聚集程度,加快了红细胞的电泳速度,达到了活血化瘀的作用。
Bee venom were chromatogographied by DEAE-Spephadex- A50,bee venom Ⅰ peak component was obtained. Bee venom Ⅰ was studied with anti-thrombosis test in vitro,rat microcirculation in vivo,blood rheology of thrombus high-risk human group,the results indicated the bee venom peak Ⅰ had anti-thrombosis effect significantly.
