低碳经济目标下的西部企业战略转型——基于灰色数学模型的分析

Strategic Transformation of West Enterprises under the Low-carbon Economy Target——Analysis based on Gray Mathematical Model

西部作为我国能源的主要产地,对于我国经济的可持续发展意义重大。为了实现人口、资源与环境的和谐发展,保持能源消费与西部环境的平衡至关重要。通过选取西部地区企业煤炭,石油,天然气的消费量与企业工业废水,工业固体废弃物,工业废气的排放量这些指标,运用灰色关联模型分析西部地区能源消费与环境质量之间的关联度,发现现阶段西部企业能源消费与环境污染之间的关联度较为显著。高效利用能源,保护环境,发展低碳经济应该成为我国的一项长期国策。

Being as main energy producing area in China,West China plays an important role in sustainable development of China＇s economy. In order to realize the harmonious development population,resources and environment,keeping the balance between energy consumption and west environment is crucial. This paper concludes that correlation between energy comsumption and environmental pollution in West enterprises in current stage is very obvious by utilizing gray correlation model to analyze the correlation between energy consumption and environment quality in West China through choosing the indexes including consumption quantity of coal,petroleum,natural gas and releasing quantity of industrial wastewater,solid wastes and waste gas of enterprises in West China. Utilizing energy in high efficiency,protecting environment and developing low-carbon economy shall be China＇s one long-term policy.
