个性化和多样化的统一——终身教育网络学习资源建设刍议

摘要 本文旨在探讨终身教育网络学习资源建设的主要目标,分别从建设的个性化和多样化两个维度论述学习资源建设和资源应用环境建设的主要原则、方法,提出了终身教育网络学习资源建设应当遵循的原则:追求个性化和多样化的统一。
