It is described that PID parameters how to impact of the heat treatment furnace temperature control and how to obtain a suitable PID parameters in the production,through application of the FP-21 program controller in vacuum furnace,it is certificated that appropriate PID parameter be able to obtain the high accuracy temperature control of the heat treatment equipment.
