摘要
应用弹性力学的尖劈应力分析理论,分析了高强耐火球成型模具的磨损原因,推导出应力分量公式。利用所推导的计算公式,对具体实例进行了应力分析,找出了模具磨损的主要因素。
By applying the stress analysis theories of the crack tip of mechanics of elasticity,the wearing reason of die set of highly strong refractory balls has been analyzed and the formula of stress components was deduced.Further stress analysis has been made with the deduced formula to a concrete example.The paper found the major objective through analysis.
