摘要
在对某固体火箭发动机研究和使用过程中,发现其贮存一段时间后点火,推力曲线有明显上浮。针对这种现象,采用故障树分析法,对造成推力曲线上浮的各种因素进行了理论分析与试验验证,排除了药柱低温工作结构完整性等可能因素,确定推进剂燃速上浮,是造成发动机贮存一段时期后试验推力曲线上浮的主要原因,研究结论为本型发动机的寿命预估和可靠性工作提供依据。
In investigation and application, the up-excursion of thrust-time curve is discovered when the solid rocket motor (SRM) is ignited after being stored for some time. Focused on the problem, these possible factors causing the up-excursion of thrust-time curve were analyzed theoretically and tested practically by the fault tree analysis (FAT). However, the configuration integrality of rammer working at low temperature was not relevant with the phenomenon of up-excursion. In the end, the rise of propellant burning rata was proved to be the vital key that causes the up-excursion of thrust-time curve. The conclusions are referable to estimating motor's life estimation and reliability.
