摘要
应用ABAQUS软件对NF-3风洞中现有一台盒式应变天平的整体结构进行了有限元分析,提出改进其弹性连杆的设计方案,并对两种方案作了有限元计算比较。结果表明:改进后的结构提高了天平整体刚度,降低了各载荷之间的干扰,尤其是其它载荷对轴向力的干扰。同时利用子模型技术,对天平的受力严重部位进行精确化分析,校核了天平强度。提高了天平设计效率和成功率,具有较好的工程应用价值。
The ABAQUS software was applied to finite element structure analysis of a cassette strain-gauge balance in NF-3 wind tunnel located at Northwestern Polytechnical University. Based on this analysis, the design of the flexible link structure was improved, at the same time; comparison between the two design schemes was made. The result shows that with the improved structure, the whole stiffness of the balance was strengthened; the interference of the each load, particularly on the axial force was reduced. Finally, the sub-model technical was used for precise analysis of the serious force points and checking the balance strength. All the above analyses improve the design efficiency and the success rate in the process of cassette balance design, which has a good engineering application value.
