摘要
利用似然函数法对毫米波辐射测量采用线性回归方法进行定标,然后给出了某号隐身材料的毫米波辐射特征测试方法、计算隐身材料的发射率和反射率公式及其计算结果,最后利用函数增量法进行了误差分析。
A new calibration technology by likelihood function of the linear regression in the radiation measurement with millimeter wave radiometer was given. The method and the formulas were presented to calculate the radiative coefficient ε and the reflective coefficient p of the millimeter-wave absorbers. Then. the errors in ρ were analyzed with the method of increment function.
