摘要
采用液相法合成了N,N-二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸砷配合物[(C5H10NS2)3As(Ⅲ)],通过元素分析、红外光谱对其进行表征,并用X-射线单晶衍射测定了其晶体结构.该化合物属于单斜晶系,P21/c空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.5908(6)nm,b=0.8412(3)nm,c=1.8566(7)nm,β=101.006(7)°,Z=4,V=2.4387(16)nm3,Dc=1.415 g.cm-3,F(000)=1080,吸收系数μ=1.913 mm-1,最终偏离因子R1=0.0302,WR2=0.0706,S=1.051.中心离子As(Ⅲ)与3个配体中的6个硫原子配位,形成6配位的畸变八面体构型,配合物分子之间通过弱相互作用构成二维片状结构.利用单片滤纸法测试了配合物的抑菌活性,结果表明对4种受试细菌均有一定的活性.
A novel arsenic (Ⅲ ) complex [ (C5 H10NS2 )3 As ] was synthesized by the liquid phase reaction. It was verified by elemental analysis, IR spectral analysis. The analysis of crystal structure indicates that the crystal cell belongs to the monoelinie system, P21/c space group, with a = 1. 5908 (6) nm, b = 0. 8412 (3) nm, c = 1. 8566 (7) nm,β = 101.006(7)°,Z = 4, [ (C5H10NS2)3 As] ,Mr = 519.70, V = 2. 4378(16) nm^3,Dc = 1.415 g · cm ,μ= 1.913 mm^-1,F(000) = 1080,R1 0.0302,WR2 =0.0706,S=1.051. The coordinated geometry of the central arsenic (Ⅲ ) with six alkaline sulfur atoms from three N, N-diethyl dithiocarbamate units is the distorted octahedral configuration. The 2D lamellar structure system is formed by the weak interaction between forms the title complex. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against by monolithic filter paper on method in vitro. It was found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms.
