采用反相高效液相色谱法测定人血清中卡马西平的浓度.人空白血清经处理后,采用高效液相色谱法,C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,水-甲醇-乙腈(45∶45∶10)流动相,UV检测波长254 nm,流速1 mL.min-1,柱温:30℃.该方法平均回收率为105.53%,日内和日间RSD均小于11%,标准曲线线性关系良好.该方法适用于临床血药浓度监测.

The objective of this research is aimed at developing a method for the determination of the concentrations of Carbamazepine （CBZ） in serum by RP - HPLC. The serum samples were extracted with extract liquor. The residue was dissolved and analyzed with symmetry C18 （4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm） column; mobile phase： water, methanol, acetonitrile （45：45： 10） , flow rate： 1.0 ml · min^-1 The detective UV wavelength was 254 nm. The column temperature was 30℃. The average recovery of CBZ was 105.53% by determining. The relative standard deviations of intra-day and inter-day were all less than 11%. The calibration curve was good linearity. The method is suitable for clinical monitoring of CBZ in serum.
