Theoretical mechanics is one of the most important curriculums in technology institutes. How to carry on the teaching reform and improve the teaching quality of theoretical mechanics is always a popular topic in many universities. With the class hour reducing and external factors＇ influence, theoretical mechanics becomes more difficult. Based on the teaching practice, this article, from reforming teaching contents, optimizing teaching method and strengthening exercises class teaching aspects, put forward some exploration and practice about teaching reform.
