A perfect practical teaching curriculum is very important for improving students＇ studying enthusiasm, cultivating their abilities to analyze and solve problem independently. Practical teaching curriculum of tourism undergraduate education should comprise four parts： professional cognition practice, skill training in campus practice training room, tourism comprehensive field practice and tourism professional practice. Effective safe- guard mechanisms should be established to realize the goal of practical teaching.
