中西药合用灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎225例

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of 225 cases of Ulcerative Colitis via Colon

目的探讨结肠途径中药溃结1号加地塞米松保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法对225例内镜诊断为溃疡性结肠炎的住院患者应用结肠途径治疗机溃结1号合地塞米松保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎。结果治疗3~8周并在治疗4~8周后复查肠镜,治愈211例,好转13例,无效1例。结论结肠途径溃结1号加地塞米松保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效满意,无明显不良反应,设备简单,操作方便,有推广价值。

Objective： To investigate the effects of traditional Chinese medicinal Kui Jie no.1 via colon and dexamethasone retention enema in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods： 225 cases of inpatients diagnosed as ulcerative colitis by endoscope were treated with Kui Jie no.1 via colon and dexamethasone retention enema.Results： The treatment lasted 3~8 weeks,and the patients were rechecked by enteroscope after 4~8 weeks＇ treatment.211 cases were cured,13 cases turned better,1 case was ineffective.Conclusion： Kui Jie no.1 via colon and dexamethasone retention enema has a favorable effect on the treatment of colitis without any adverse effects,and the equipments involved is simple and easy to operate.It is worthwhile for wide application.
