当归拈痛汤及其拆方对实验性尿酸血症小鼠血尿酸的影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的观察当归拈痛汤中各药味对实验性尿酸血症小鼠血尿酸的影响。方法采用正交t值法对当归拈痛汤(对小鼠高尿酸血症模型)进行拆方研究。取小鼠注射氧嗪酸钾盐造成高尿酸血症,给药7天后,摘眼球取血,取血清测定血尿酸值。结果当归拈痛汤中当归、羌活、防风、苍术对氧嗪酸钾盐小鼠高尿酸血症模型血尿酸降低程度不显著,而方中茵陈、苦参、知母、黄芩、泽泻、猪苓、白术、党参对氧嗪酸钾盐小鼠高尿酸血症模型血尿酸降低程度较显著。结论当归拈痛汤中茵陈、苦参、知母、黄芩、泽泻、猪苓、白术、党参为降低尿酸酶抑制-氧嗪酸钾盐小鼠高尿酸血症模型血尿酸的有效药味。 Objective To observe the effects of the decomposed recipes of Dang Gui Nian Tong decoction on blood uric acid of mice with experimental uricemia.Methods Orthogonal t design was used to do decomposing study of Dang Gui Nian Tong decoction.Mice were injected with oxonic acid potassium salt to cause hyperuricemia.The eyeballs were extracted and blood was drawn 7 days after the administration to determine the value of blood uric acid.Results In the composition of Dang Gui Nian Tong decoction,radix angelica,rhizome seu radix notopterygii,saposhnikovia divaricata and rhizoma atractylodis had no obvious effect on the reducing of blood uric acid level,while capillary artemisia,radix sophorae flavescentis,rhizoma anemarrhenae,scutellaria baicalensis,rhizoma alismatis,grifola,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and codonopsis pilosula had significant effect on the reducing of blood uric acid level.Conclusion capillary artemisia,radix sophorae flavescentis,rhizoma anemarrhenae,scutellaria baicalensis,rhizoma alismatis,grifola,rhizoma atractylodis macrocephalae and codonopsis pilosula are effective components for lowering the blood uric acid level of mice with with hyperuricemia.
