This thesis introduce in details the chemical cleaning for the Jawa Tengah 2 × （300 - 400MW） Unit 20 sub-critical boiler in indonesia before putting into operation. The main content can be divided into the following items： firstly, the cleaning crafts which adopt the following cleaning flow： firstly cleaning with alkali, and then cleaning with acid. Secondly, the scope of acid cleaning which including the main feedwater pipe, economizer, water wall, and drum. Thirdly, the analysis and discussion about the cleaning results. Finally, the precautions for the unit 10 acid cleaning are concluded and the suggestions aiming at abroad projects are proposed.
