对150t/h循环流化床锅炉过热器积盐引起爆管事故进行了分析,分别从水处理、汽包内部装置等方面进行探讨,提出了相应的处理措施,并采取合适的方法对过热器积盐进行了清洗。

This paper analyzes accident of salt accumulation caused superheater tube explosion of 150t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler and discusses from water treatment, the internal devices of drum. It provided a certain amount of preventive measures. And take appropriate method cleaned salt accumulation in superheater.
