摘要
介绍基于四次位移曲线加减速方法的CNC系统的硬件结构和软件结构,并进行了实验验证,结果表明该系统在加减速控制等方面都取得良好的效果。与传统的数控系统相比,性能得到很大的改善。
The hardware and software structure of the CNC system based on quartie displacement curves speed control method was introduced. Experiments were made to validate the acceleration/deceleration effect. Experimental results show that the system has good acceleration and deceleration performances. Compared with the CNC systems that adopt traditional speed control method, the performance of this system is improved.
