摘要
系统分析实验室液压泵站噪声产生的机理,表明液压泵站噪声主要由机械振动、液压泵压力脉动和气穴引起。结合有关噪声控制理论与技术提出降低液压泵站噪声的措施,主要从提高液压泵的性能、提高设计与装配质量、对泵站加装隔声罩、改进管路的设计、加强维护检查等方面降低噪声。
The production mechanism of noise of hydraulic pump station in the aircraft mechanical transmission system laboratory was analyzed. The noise was resulted by mechanical vibration, pressure pulsation of hydraulic pump and cavitation. According to relevant theories and technologies of noise control, the means of noise reduction in the hydraulic pump station were presented, that was, improving performance of hydraulic pump, improving qualities of design and assembly, adding noise enclosure to pump station, improving design of pipeline, reinforcing maintenance and check, etc.
