摘要
针对B&R公司的可编程计算机控制器(PCC)分时多任务的特点,采用闭环控制、相位和幅值自动补偿的方法,根据系统反馈模拟量的变化使PID的参数进行在线调整,以克服系统在正弦跟踪时产生的不同步、超调以及响应慢等缺陷。仿真和实践结果表明,采用PCC系统控制对称缸电液伺服系统具有良好的同步性能。
For B & R corporation's programmable computer controller have particular about time-sharing multitask, the ways of closed-loop control, automatic compensation of phase and amplitude value was adopted to on-line adjust PID Controller's parameters according to the change of analog quantity of system feedback. As a result, outer-syne, overshot and low-response and others negative factors are overcome when system is sine tracking. Both simulation and practice results demonstrate that controlling symmetric hydraulic cylinder eleetrohydranlic servo system with PCC possess favorable synchronism.
