摘要 利用数控加工仿真平台VERICUT开发虚拟数控机床,并将其成功应用于课堂教学和实验教学中。在VERICUT的基础上借助Pro/E的建模功能构建虚拟机床的结构模型,通过对现有数控指令系统的修改,建立能够仿真SINUMERIK802S的数控系统,并定制更适合于教学的虚拟数控机床界面。教学实践表明:虚拟数控机床不但具有安全、经济的特点,而且有利于激发学生的学习热情,能达到良好的教学效果。 By using the NC machining simulation platform VERICUT, virtual NC machine tool was developed and applied to classroom teaching and experimental teaching. Based on VERICUT, the structure of the virtual machine model was built with the help of Pro/E modeling functions. The NC system which could simulate SINUMERIK 802S was set up by modifying an existing NC command system, and the virtual interface more suitable to teaching was designed. Teaching practice shows that virtual NC machine tool has the characteristic of security and economization and can arouse the enthusiasm of students to learn, which achieves good teaching results.
