摘要 比较多种仿真软件的功能、特点的基础上提出了一种多软件联合的机械设计分析方法,论述该方法的原理与特点,研究其实现方法与具体步骤,并对多种软件之间的无缝连接、三维模型的建立与导入、仿真结果的后处理方面进行具体研究。将此方法应用于某水下机器人结构锁装置的运动学仿真,在UG中建立结构锁装置三维装配模型,然后把模型导入ADAMS和ANSYS,利用MATLAB计算出系统在恶劣海况下的动力曲线,在ADAMS中进行结构锁装置的起吊过程动力学仿真分析。这种方法将有助于设计者进行复杂机械系统的设计与性能的优化研究。 A kind of virtual simulation method based on multi-software platform was presented based on comparing the functions and features of several kinds of simulation software. The principle and characteristic of this method, its realization approach and detailed process were discussed. Good linkage among softwares, building and importing methods of 3-dimensional model, and post processing of simulation results were studied. This method was applied in the kinematics simulation of a unmanned underwater vehicle (UUV). The 3D assemble model of a structure latches was established in UG, the model was imported from UG into ADAMS and ANSYS. The curve of the system force under poor situation was calculated in MATLAB. Dynamics simulation of structure latches was made in ADAMS. It's helpful to the design of mechanical system and the performance optimization.
