男男性行为者歧视经历及感受现状分析

Analysis on Current Situation of Discrimination Experience and Feeling of MSM

目的了解男男性行为者(MSM)歧视经历及感受现状。方法采用应答者趋动招募抽样法(RDS)对MSM人群进行招募和自填式匿名调查。结果共调查201人,报告在最近6个月有各种歧视经历为28.5%,不同的歧视经历差异较大,听别人说过同性恋不正常、掩饰性取向以避免被歧视、别人叫自己多一点男子气概、觉得同性性取向伤害了家庭/让家人蒙羞、因同性性行为感到羞耻、因别人指点自己穿着打扮而烦恼报告率较多,分别为81%、79.6%、75.1%、92%、39.3%、34.8%。觉得同性性取向伤害了家庭、掩饰性取向免受歧视、因同性恋被家人训斥、被怀疑有精神问题、停止了学业在不同年龄,掩饰性取向免受歧视、因同性恋被怀疑有精神问题、影响了社会威望、被家庭拒绝接纳、朋友断绝交往、失去住处在不同文化程度,因同性性行为感到羞耻、因同性恋被家人训斥在不同异性婚姻状态歧视经历报告率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社会对MSM人群的歧视普遍存在,应高度关注对MSM健康带来的负面影响,加强社会宣传,切实减少社会歧视,改善MSM人群生存环境,提高健康质量。

Objective To investigate the current situation of discrimination experience and feeling of MSM.Methods Research development and statistics （RDS） from the respondents was performed to call the people who belonged to MSM group to finish anonymous self-administered questionnaires,and blood samples were collected to perform biological detection.Results Totally 201 men were investigated,28.5% of them had discrimination experience within the past six months.Lots of them had inordinately different discrimination experiences,such as the discussion of ＂homosexuality was abnormal＂ （81% reported） and ＂man should take manliness＂ （75.1% reported） which made most of them have to disguise their real sexual orientation in avoidance of being discriminated （79.6% reported） or made them feel homosexuals shame themselves （39.3% reported） or let the family down （92% reported）.Moreover,they sometimes got gossip on the unusual dressing （34.8% reported）.There were statistically significant differences in reporting rates of the following discrimination experiences at different ages,for different education backgrounds and in different heterosexual marriage status respectively：family being hurt for homosexual,disguise of sex preference,being scolded by family,under discussion of having mental problem,school dropout,effects on prestige in society,being excluded by family,separation from friends and residency lost （P0.05）.Conclusions Social discrimination to MSM exists a lot,and the negative effects to health development of MSM should be paid close attention.It is our primary task to emphasize the publicity in order to practically reduce social discrimination and bring more healthy surroundings for MSM.
