红细胞指数数学模型在鉴别诊断小儿地中海贫血和缺铁性贫血中的价值 被引量:8

摘要 目的简便快速筛查地中海贫血患儿。方法利用红细胞指数建立鉴别诊断地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血的逐步回归方程数学模型,并用盲法分析评价数学模型的准确鉴别性。结果该模型对TT鉴别诊断的灵敏度为98.41%,特异度为33.93%;对IDA鉴别诊断的特异度为98.41%,灵敏度为33.93%。结论本数学模型鉴别诊断地中海贫血与缺铁性贫血简便、快速、敏感,适合快速筛查地中海贫血。 Objective To simply and rapidly screen thalassemia trait (TT) patients.Methods With stepwise regression equation,the mathematical model for differential diagnosis of thalassemia trait and iron-deficiency anaemia (IDA) was established using red blood cell index,and blind analysis was used to evaluate the accurate distinctiveness of mathematical model.Results The sensitivity and specificity of the model for differential diagnosis of TT were 98.41% and 33.93% respectively.The sensitivity and specificity of the model for differential diagnosis of IDA were 98.41% and 33.93% respectively.Conclusions The mathematical model is simple,convenient,rapid,and sensitive in differential diagnosis of TT and IDA,which is suitable for quick screening thalassemia trait.
