摘要
核苷酸切除修复交叉互补组1(ERCC1)是核苷酸切除修复途径的限速酶,ERCC表达与多种恶性肿瘤的化疗疗效及预后相关联,ERCC1单核苷酸多态性与肿瘤患者对化疗药物的敏感程度和预后有关,有助于预测化疗反应性。
Excision repair cross-complementing 1（ERCC1） is the rate-limiting enzyme in nucleotide excision repair pathway.The expression of ERCC1 was reported to be correlated with chemotherapy effect and prognosis of the patients who are treated with chemotherapy in several cancers.ERCC1 polymorphisms which influence the sensitivity to chemotherapy and the prognosis may be helpful in predicting the chemotherapy response.
