异体脱细胞真皮治疗烧伤残余创面67例

Investigation into therapy of remnant burn raw surface with allogenic acellular dermis in 67 patients

目的观察异体脱细胞真皮对大面积烧伤患者晚期残余创面的治疗作用。方法67例烧伤残余创面患者,按同类创面分为两组,治疗组47例,应用异体脱细胞真皮治疗,对照组20例单用紫草油治疗,比较两组创面愈合率、创面愈合时间、创面细菌培养阳性率。结果异体脱细胞真皮用于烧伤残余创面治疗,可明显缩短创面愈合时间,提高创面愈合率,两组比较差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);两组细菌培养阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论异体脱细胞真皮能促进烧伤残余创面的愈合。

Objective To observe the effect of allogenic acellular dermis on remnant burn raw surface of large-scale burn patients.Methods A total of 67 patients were divided into two groups,i.e.trial group（n=47） treated with allogenic acellular dermis and control group（n=20） treated with puccoon oil.Comparison was conducted between the two groups in such indexes as wounds＇ healing rate,healing time and bacterially positive rate.Results The healing time of remnant burn raw surface is shortened and the healing rate was increased markedly by the treatment with allogenic acellular dermis（P0.01）.The difference in bacterially positive rate between the two groups showed no statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion Allogenic acellular dermis can promote the healing of remnant burn raw surface.
