航空重力测量应用中高精密测温电路精度研究 被引量:2

摘要 石英挠性加速度计等惯性器件是组成捷联式航空重力仪(GA-01)的主要测量元件.为了有效保证航空重力测量的精度,需要对加速度计进行精度达到±0.01℃的温度控制.针对GA-01提出的温控精度要求,设计了相关精密测温电路,并重点对其精度进行了分析,量化了电路各主要参数对测温精度的影响,给出元器件选型参考,并依照相关选型标准制板测试验证了方法的有效性. Flexible quartz accelerometers are the main measuring elements in the strapdown gravimeter for airborne survey (GA-01). In order to guarantee the accuracy of airborne gravimetry effectively, a precise temperature control of ±0.01 ℃ is needed. Based on the requirement of the temperature control precision proposed by the GA-01, a high-accuracy temperature measurement circuit was designed. And then the circuit's measuring accuracy was analyzed as focus, effects of the main parameters upon temperature measurement were obtained and component selection is given for reference. Finally, in accordance with the relevant selection criteria, a circuit board was made and tested to verify the validity of the method.
